Too many Passionfruit? Preserve them
The acidity of passionfruit makes it well suited to jam, and refrigeration keeps it fresh without pressure-canning.

Passionfruit Refrigerator Jam
Ingredients
2 cups passionfruit pulp (with or without seeds)
1 cup sugar
1–2 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
Method
Scoop the passionfruit pulp into a saucepan
Add sugar. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Continue cooking until the mixture thickens slightly—usually 10–15 minutes.
Once cool, add lemon or calamansi.
Spoon into clean, heat-safe jars, leaving a little space at the top.
Cool, cover, and refrigerate.
You may use silicone container with lid. There are some freezer safe.
Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within about 2–3 weeks.
For longer storage, freeze the jam in suitable containers for 6-12 months.
Tip: Passionfruit seeds are edible and give the jam a nice crunch. If you prefer a smooth jam, strain the pulp before cooking.
