Vegan Ground Beef Style (no real beef just TVP)

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika or cayenne powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp spices (cajun)
2 1/2 cup vegetable broth
(We use water added with 2 tsp) mushroom powder)
2 tbs coconut aminos (can use soy sauce)
1 cup TVP
1/8 cup vegetable oil
May add spring onion and white onion
Procedure:
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne powder, black pepper, cajun.
Add vegetable broth (we just mix 2 1/2 cup water and 2 tsp mushroom powder.
Add coconut aminos or soy sauce, 1/8 cup vegetable oil.
Marinate tvp for 10 minutes and cook for 15-20 minutes
May add sprint onion and white onion.
